“Dear David: On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, the Lower Providence Township Fire Department was presented with your After Action Review and Recommendations from the January 2019 Salters Ski Shop Fire. Our members have stated that this report went well beyond the scope that anyone had imagined. We were very impressed by the thoroughness and the in-depth fact-finding that went into making it complete. The report was well organized, and we found that it was easy to follow. Our firefighters, as well as other partners, have also all commented on the skilled manner in which you facilitated the incident critique held at our station.
